Products

We have different ingredients for each of our products. Where we can, we try and make our products as natural as possible. View the specific ingredients on each product page.

We can confidently say that none of our products have been tested on animals.

Our colours are slightly adaptive to your natural skin tones, so we recommend choosing the colour that is the closest match to your natural skin tone. We offer 3 colour options for our tinted moisturiser and concealer; light, medium or dark.

Light: If you have very fair skin that has a light pink or bluish tone then we recommend choosing the light shade.

Medium: If your skin is not very pale or dark, or has a more yellow tone then the medium shade is the colour we’d recommend.

Dark: If you have a naturally darker skin tone with rich warmth and deeper tones then we recommend choosing the dark shade.

Generally, they have a shelf life of 12 months from opening.

Orders

We process orders as soon as they come in. Once an order has been placed, we might be unable to cancel it. However, please contact us as soon as possible on [email protected] with your request and order number and we will try our best to help.

Once you’ve placed your order with us you will receive an order confirmation sent to the email address you used at the checkout. Be sure to check your spam and junk folders. If you create a customer account with us you can also log into your account to see your order history.

Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express), as well as PayPal and Apple Pay. You can also use Klarna to pay later or in 3 instalments.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card does not, for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the checkout. A common reason for orders being declined is due to the billing address details being entered incorrectly. Please ensure that in the ‘billing address’ section, the address to which your card is registered to is used. For full details of why the payment was declined, please contact your card issuer.

Yes – We sell gift cards in various monetary denominations. If you would like to purchase a gift card, please do so here.

Once logged in, click on ‘My Account’ from this dashboard you can update your account details such as your name, address, date of birth etc.

Oops, don’t worry, we’ve all done it! Click on the forgotten password link on any log in page, then enter your email address where prompted on the login page. We will then email you a link that you can use to change your password.

Shipping

Yes! We currently ship internationally. For Republic of Ireland and Europe we charge £13 for 3-5 Business Days delivery. For International orders we charge £30.50 for 6-7 Business Days or £13 for 2-12 weeks delivery.

All orders are sent from our UK warehouse.

Standard delivery times are:
UK: 2-3 working days

Next day delivery times are:
UK: Next day if ordered before 1pm

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your order but we understand that sometimes you may want to return products back to us. You can return your order up to 14 days from delivery. To arrange a return please email [email protected].

Your refund should reach your bank account within 14 days from receiving your item.

Though we hope your products will all arrive in perfect condition, sometimes they may have a rough ride during delivery.

If you do have any damaged items or you’ve received the wrong item please email us a picture to [email protected] along with your original order number and we will be happy to replace these for you.
