Shipping & Delivery
Important: Delivery times may be extended as a result of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. Whilst we are experiencing no delays in dispatching orders from BUG for Men, our shipping partners are dealing with much higher volumes of deliveries, so please bear this in mind.
Standard Delivery: You should receive your order in 2-3 working days.
Next Day Delivery (Orders before 1pm): Your order will be delivered the next day, providing you have placed your order before 1pm.
Next Day Delivery (Orders after 1pm): Any orders that have missed the 1pm cut off will be posted the next working day.
International Delivery: Ordering from overseas? Our flat rate shipping charge covers all international shipping.
We only dispatch orders Monday – Friday. We do not dispatch orders on a Saturday or Sunday, or Bank Holidays. Orders received before 1pm will be dispatched the same day. All orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day but we will try our best to dispatch faster. Any order received after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day which is Monday (this includes Next Day Deliveries)
As you are a consumer and have made an order online you may, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, cancel your order and obtain a refund (or exchange) within 14 working days from delivery, providing the product is unopened and unused.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order #)
To return your product, please email us at [email protected] for shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is due then only the price of the products will be refunded and not the original shipping cost.
Please allow 14 working days from the date your order is returned for your refund to be processed. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. Any exchanges will be processed to the original delivery address on the order.
Sale Items: Unfortunately, sale items are only refundable with store credit.
Exchanges: We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace an item, please email us at [email protected].
Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received a refund yet, contact your credit card company/bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected]
